Mane Contract Services in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. You will manage project finances, subcontractor accounts, and ensure commercial and contractual control across multiple projects nationwide.

The role covers variations, valuations, final accounts and cost reporting, supporting delivery while maximizing value. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in the construction industry, ideally structural steel.
• HND or degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
• RICS membership would be beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Manage all commercial aspects of projects, ensuring financial and contractual control.
• Review and agree subcontract documentation and terms.
• Prepare and submit variations, claims and measurements for interim valuations and final accounts.
• Monitor costs, revenue, forecasts and cash flow across projects.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Attend sites nationwide to monitor commercial progress and coordinate with subcontractors.
