Job summary

Ten Live Group is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager for their Bellshill facility. The role requires a Degree Qualified Quantity Surveyor with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with a background in steel and some manufacturing knowledge. Responsibilities include contract reviews, change control management, and managing subcontractor accounts. The position offers a salary between £55k to £75k based on experience, along with benefits including a bonus scheme and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Must be a Degree Qualified Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in the steel industry is advantageous.
• Knowledge of NEC3/4 Contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct contract reviews and manage change control.
• Handle applications for payment and manage sub-contractor accounts.
• Perform cost value reconciliation and project reporting.
