Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in groundworks or civil engineering.
• Residential groundworks background is essential.
• Strong cost control and contractual administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial delivery of multiple residential groundworks projects from award to final account.
• Prepare payments, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Procuring and managing subcontractors and suppliers; produce CVRs and reports.
