Qualifications

• Proven Quantity Surveying experience within residential housebuilding.
• Experience operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure and enabling works budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential developments' budgets and cost reporting.
• Perform procurement and subcontract management.
• Support and mentor junior commercial staff.
