ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is a need for a degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m – £50m.

As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with cost management to maximize project profit margins and ensure timely payments while developing future client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

• This role is best suited to an experienced Quantity Surveyor with skills developed within a civil engineering or RC Frame and Groundwork subcontractor.
• Ideally, be Degree educated in Quantity Surveying.
• 4+ years experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
