Qualifications

  • Experience in quantity surveying on EPC/infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with IFC drawings and quantity tracking.
  • Forecasting, cost estimates, and project controls reporting.
  • Mentoring or leading junior quantity surveying staff.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor construction progress through measurement and evaluation of installed quantities.
  • Maintain and update quantity take-offs and MTOs from IFC drawings.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models and cost projections.
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis and value engineering assessments.
  • Analyze variances between planned and actual quantities for corrective actions.
  • Contribute to project controls reporting integrating quantity, cost, and progress data.
  • Interpret issues and develop practical solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate with engineering, planning, and commercial teams for data consistency.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced team members and prioritize workload.
  • Support compliance with company policies and project governance.
