Job summary

KBR, Inc in Warrington is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support EPC/infrastructure project delivery. You will monitor progress, measure installed quantities against IFC-based plans and baselines, update MTOs, and integrate quantity data with cost projections and delivery milestones.

You will develop forecasts, perform cost-benefit and value engineering analyses, and provide guidance to junior staff while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Chartered status (RICS or equivalent) is desirable.
• Experience in quantity surveying within EPC, infrastructure, or construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction progress through measurement and evaluation of installed quantities against baselines.
• Maintain and update quantity take-offs and MTOs based on IFC drawings.
• Develop forecasting models and cost projections aligned with schedules.
