Premises Recruitment Ltd is assisting a leading contractor in Central London to recruit a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor for prime residential refurbishments. The role involves cost control, contract administration, and commercial leadership on multi‑million pound projects.

The position offers exposure to design‑led luxury schemes, a collaborative team, and regular site visits across prestigious postcodes. Central London base with progression opportunities within a growing business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Quantity Surveying or Senior Quantity Surveying role within prime residential construction.
• Strong understanding of contracts, cost control, and commercial reporting.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the financial and commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account.
• Prepare and review cost plans, tenders, valuations, and variations.
• Assist with procurement of subcontract packages, including negotiation and contract administration.
• Carry out site visits to monitor progress and support accurate cost reporting.
• Work closely with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
• Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and reporting documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold high standards of quality and delivery.
