Job summary

My client in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager to join the head office. Four+ years post-graduate PQS experience is preferred, with a UK QS qualification. RICS chartership or pursuit is supported by the client, along with JCT/NEC contract knowledge.

Excellent communication skills are essential. The role offers hybrid working one day per week, a generous benefits package, and a salary that is very negotiable.

Qualifications

• Four years or more post-graduate experience in a UK PQS firm.
• UK qualification in Quantity Surveying (BSc or equivalent).
• Chartered status with RICS or working towards Chartered status supported by the client.
• Experience with pre and post-contract activities.
