Qualifications
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of NEC 4 contracts, particularly Option C.
Excellent financial management and analytical skills.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
Monitor and control project costs to ensure delivery within budget.
Prepare and review cost forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
Validate and manage subcontractor and supplier payments.
Administer the NEC 4 Option C contract.
Manage Compensation Events and variations.
Work closely with the Project Manager.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate commercial risks.
Provide regular financial reports including CVRs and forecasts.
