The role involves reviewing contractor quotations, providing commercial advice, and leading payment assessments. Qualifications

• Experience in quantity surveying on complex programmes/projects.
• UK National with (or eligible for) SC Clearance.
• RICS Chartered or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review and assure contractor CE quotations.
• Attend programme/commercial meetings and report on contract metrics.
• Lead payment assessments and forecasts.
• Provide updates on payments and cost assurance.

Skills

Experience using CEMAR
