Job summary

KBR, Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities on major nuclear projects, reporting to the commercial manager to ensure timely, accurate contract administration and value delivery.

You will oversee subcontract procurement and management, coach junior staff, develop procurement schedules, and engage with project stakeholders to meet framework targets. Experience in civil/infrastructure contracts, CEMAR, and UK nuclear clearance is preferred;

Qualifications

• Experience leading a project commercial team on large-scale contracts.
• Experience with subcontract procurement and management on civil/infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of UK nuclear industry requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the commercial manager to provide commercial support and management to the project commercial team.
• Procurement of framework subcontractors and management of procurement schedules.
• Engagement with project stakeholders to meet commercial targets.
