Job summary

Randstad CPE seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on a landmark nuclear framework in Cumbria. You will steer NEC contract management, cost reporting, and subcontractor control within an integrated team.

Key requirements include a BSc in Quantity Surveying, CSCS, and progression toward professional membership (RICS/CIOB). BPSS/DBS clearance and site access are required; relocation is considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience with NEC contracts on major projects/frameworks.
• Mentoring experience and cost reporting capability.
• CSCS card and BPSS/DBS clearance potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead on commercial delivery and contract administration.
• Manage cost/value reporting and subcontractor performance.
• Mentor junior QS staff within an integrated delivery team.
