Qualifications

• Previous experience as a QS or Senior QS.
• Construction industry experience in a commercial role.
• Strong experience with NEC3 or NEC4 contracts.
• Good communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Understanding of fabrication processes is desirable.
• Experience in managing and delivering variations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful commercial outcome of this key nuclear industry project.
• Commercial responsibility for the contract management and delivery.
• Managing variations and changes with customers.
• Working as part of an experienced commercial team.
• Developing key relations with a range of clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
