Qualifications

• Proven experience managing NEC3/NEC4 Option C contracts.
• Background in utilities, power, infrastructure, or civil engineering.
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (RICS/CICES desirable).

Responsibilities

• Aid commercial strategy, cost planning, and contract management across multiple projects.
• Manage NEC3/NEC4 contracts, including Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
• Drive cost control, forecasting, and target cost performance.
• Oversee subcontract procurement, negotiation, and final accounts.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Support and develop junior commercial team members.
