Job summary

Eden Scott is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading UK infrastructure organisation delivering major capital investment projects. The role focuses on financial and contractual oversight, managing contracts and costs, and driving commercial governance across the project lifecycle.

You will work with Project Managers and delivery teams, supporting tender evaluations, negotiations and risk management, while building relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience as a QS and strong understanding of NEC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and contractual oversight across a portfolio of construction and infrastructure projects.
• Support tender evaluations, contract negotiations and risk management.
