• Experience as a QS with NEC contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen and cost-control focus.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and contractors.
• Experience across NEC contract management and disputes.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and contractual oversight across multiple construction and infrastructure projects.
• Manage contractual relationships and monitor project expenditure.
• Support tender evaluations and contract negotiations.
