Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent professional qualification.
• Base knowledge of NEC contracts and strong communication skills.
• Experience in utilities, construction or infrastructure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with contract administration and cost control.
• Support payment certification and expenditure forecasting.
• Contribute to commercial reporting, risk management and tender evaluations.
• Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve disputes.
