Senior Quantity Surveyor - MEP

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, working for a Main contractor on multi-million £ developments in the north west. Projects are located in Preston, Manchester, Warrington, Cheshire, and Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understanding of public sector works, new build developments, large scale refurbishment, leisure, and student accommodation.
2. Previous experience of working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the UK construction industry.
3. Ability to oversee junior Quantity Surveyors.
4. Autonomous working - capability of working with like-minded individuals and managing your own developments.
5. Experience of various forms of construction contracts.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor.
2. RICS accredited - ideal.
