Up Front Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for major London projects in the building services sector. You will oversee commercial activities on M&E, MEP or extra-low-voltage packages, ensuring cost control and change management across two large schemes in the City of London.

The role requires familiarity with NEC3/NEC4 or JCT contracts and offers a competitive package including a £65,000–£75,000 salary plus a £5,000 car allowance and BUPA healthcare.

Qualifications

• Experience managing M&E, MEP or extra-low-voltage systems packages.
• Good working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 or JCT contracts.
• Ability to manage costs across two large projects.

Responsabilités

• Manage the commercial side of projects from valuations and variations through to forecasting and final accounts.
• Work alongside Project Managers and Engineers, reporting to the Project Director and Commercial Manager.
• Office hours are 8am-5pm; flexible start date.
