A leading construction consultancy, highly regarded for delivering major residential schemes across the UK, is looking to appoint a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor in Leeds. Known for excellence in Build to Rent (BtR) and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), the company is expanding due to continued project wins and long-term growth plans.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven QS to join a top-tier consultancy and work on landmark residential developments.
The Role
The successful candidate will take a lead role in delivering full pre- and post-contract cost consultancy on complex residential projects. This includes managing stakeholder relationships and, where appropriate, mentoring junior staff.
