Job summary

Qualifications

• Chartered accreditation or MRICS preferred.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Excellent client relationship management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost plans, lifecycle costing, cash flows, and benchmarking.
• Oversee procurement, tender docs, bills of quantities, and tender evaluation.
• Negotiate contracts and act as client liaison through pre/post‑contract stages.
• Administer contracts as Contract Administrator/Employer's Agent.
• Support risk registers, value engineering, and reporting.
