Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working as a Quantity Surveyor with good working knowledge of construction processes.
• Experience of having worked on a variety of contracts (e.g. JCT, NEC contracts).
• Clear understanding of contractual terms and conditions both sub-contract and main contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of multiple construction schemes.
• Oversee cost control, contract administration, and financial reporting.
• Provide commercial support to site and project managers.
