Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in the construction sector.
• Working knowledge of contract conditions such as NEC and JCT.
• Valid Driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management of contracts.
• Build relationships with supply chain and clients.
• Timely assessment of sub-contractors’ applications.
• Accurate production of internal valuations.
