• 5-10 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Exposure to front-end estimating and cost planning.
• Proven track record of delivering cost management services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in feasibility studies and write procurement reports.
• Lead tendering and procurement activities.
• Manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
• Produce monthly post-contract cost reports for clients.

Skills

5-10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor

Strong understanding of construction

Knowledgeable in MMC/JCT and NEC forms of contract

Interpersonal skills

Education

Degree or HNC-level qualification in a relevant field

Professionally qualified (RICS or similar)
