Ideal candidates have a degree in Quantity Surveying or construction economics, SACQSP accreditation is desirable, with 7+ years of experience, strong contract knowledge (FIDIC), and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

About the Role

You will be responsible for cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, financial reporting, and ensuring projects remain within budget. Requirements

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
• Professional accreditation (e.g., SACQSP) is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong focus on large commercial projects.
• Proven experience in cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, and financial control.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and market prices.
• Proficiency in relevant quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong understanding of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for project-related activities in Randburg and surrounding areas.
