Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major infrastructure project in Sudbury. The role is hybrid, with 3 days on-site and a 45-hour week.

You will commercially manage packages across 11km of underground cable works, administer NEC contracts, prepare payment applications, manage CVRs and cost reporting, and support compensation events within a large delivery team.

Formación

• Ideally 5+ years' QS experience.
• Strong construction or major infrastructure background.
• Good working knowledge of NEC contracts and contract administration.
• Experience with civils, utilities, power, cables or similar infrastructure advantageous.
• FastDraft experience desirable.
• RICS qualification desirable but not essential.
• Able to work effectively within a large project and commercial team.
• Able to commit to approximately 3 days per week in Sudbury.

Responsabilidades

• Commercial management of assigned infrastructure packages.
• Administering NEC contracts.
• Preparing and managing applications for payment.
• Managing CVRs and cost reporting.
• Supporting compensation events, valuations and commercial change.
• Working closely with delivery, engineering and wider commercial teams.
• Managing subcontractor accounts and ensuring accurate commercial records.
• Supporting junior members of the commercial team where required.
