Job summary

Advance Training & Recruitment Services in Bristol is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support growth of the office on major infrastructure projects across highways, rail, water and utilities. You’ll lead the commercial delivery from inception to completion and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Hybrid working and a salary up to £65,000 are on offer, along with a strong benefits package including pension, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, paid professional

A leading infrastructure consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the continued growth of its Bristol office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business delivering major infrastructure projects across Highways, Rail, Water and Utilities, offering genuine variety and long-term career progression within a collaborative consultancy environment.

The Role

Working as part of an experienced commercial team, you’ll lead the commercial delivery of infrastructure projects from inception through to completion while developing strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cost planning and cost management
• NEC3 & NEC4 contract administration
• Managing compensation events
• Commercial reporting and forecasting
• Procurement support
• Valuation and payment assessments
• Client relationship management
• Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors

What We’re Looking For
