Qualifikationen

• MRICS or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven quantity surveying and cost management experience on property and development projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts.
• Employer's Agent experience would be advantageous.
• Strong client and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience delivering complex construction projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead the commercial delivery of projects, ensuring cost, quality and programme objectives are achieved.
• Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Provide strategic cost and commercial advice to clients.
• Manage contract administration and commercial performance.
• Maintain financial control, profitability and accurate forecasting.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
• Mentor junior team members and support their development.
• Contribute to bids, fee proposals and business development.
