Job summary

CLPM is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our close-knit team in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. The position offers hybrid work, with site visits and a weekly in-person team catch-up.

You will manage budgets, cost plans, tendering, contract administration and variations on projects from £200k to £5 million, with flexible hours for part-time or full-time work. UK-based with 10+ years' experience preferred.
