CLPM are looking to recruit an experienced senior Quantity Surveyor. If you are a proactive professional who pays attention to detail, then this may be the perfect role for you!

Working in the high-end residential and bespoke development commercial marketplace we are looking for a team player to integrate into our small team. You will be responsible for the procurement and cost management process of construction projects valued £200k - £5 million.

Qualifications

• Full or partial RICS qualification ideal
• UK / EU Driving Licence - ESSENTIAL

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets or cost plans and tenders.
• Contract preparation and contract administration including variations and final accounts.
• Provide cost information and administrative support to the CLPM team.
