Job summary

THG Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for groundworks and civil engineering projects in NW London. You will lead financial control, risk assessment and commercial management across multiple sites, reporting to the Commercial Director.

The role suits an experienced QS with a strong background in groundworks and civil engineering, overseeing subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in Quantity Surveying.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the financial and commercial management of multiple projects, working closely with the Commercial Director.
• Procurement and management of subcontractors; valuations, variations, final accounts and CVRs.
• Independent work across multiple projects and sites.
