You will manage cost planning, procurement and post-contract commercial activities across a diverse range of projects in the North West, taking ownership and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre and post contract services
• Strong client-facing and communication skills required
• Hard-working, proactive and ambitious
• Consultancy experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services
• Manage cost planning, estimating, procurement, cost reporting and final accounts
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across a range of sectors
• Collaborate with the project team to support project delivery across the North West
