You will lead cost planning, estimating, procurement and commercial management across a diverse portfolio of projects within the North West, taking ownership of client relationships and delivering high-quality QS services.

The role suits an experienced professional with strong pre- and post-contract experience, excellent communication, and a proactive, ambitious mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
• Strong Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy.
• Experience across both pre and post contract services.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Hard-working, proactive and ambitious.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost planning, estimating, procurement, and commercial management on a range of projects.
• Handle cost reporting and final accounts for multiple schemes.
• Provide pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across diverse sectors.
