Zusammenfassung

HLP Consulting seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in fire safety and remedial works to join a specialist contractor team in EN5 area. You will oversee commercial management of complex remediation projects, including cost planning, budgeting and procurement management.

The role requires proven QS experience in fire remediation, knowledge of fire safety upgrade programmes and familiarity with JCT contracts and subcontractor management.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in fire remediation or related specialist works.
• Knowledge of fire safety improvement programmes and building remediation.
• Experience with JCT contracts and subcontractor management.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently.
