Qualifications

• Minimum five years of practical experience as an intermediate level Quantity Surveyor.
• Good practical knowledge of the Fit Out industry.
• Experience in façade, glazing, dry lining, metal work, roofing/cladding, or joinery.

Responsibilities

• Arrange project budgets and verify contracts.
• Create estimates and test quantities across tender allowances.
• Organize tender documents for sub-contractor works.
