Sinewave Energy Solutions Ltd in Swindon is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Commercial team and help drive commercial success across HV/MV projects.

You will manage budgets, attend project reviews, compile CVRs, and support handovers while ensuring timely payments and contract compliance. This role suits a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing contracts and tenders.
• Experience with NEC & JCT contracts and their workings.
• Strong ability to forecast and manage project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Management by ensuring projects meet commercial targets (payment terms, CVR).
• Attend monthly project reviews and assist handover to Design and Construction teams.
• Create regular reporting for key stakeholders (CVRs, Cash Flow, Weekly Updates).
• Assist in valuations for initial, interim and final payments.
• Monitor payments for sub-contractors and suppliers per subcontracts.
