Sinewave, based in Swindon, seeks a Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial team in managing project finances and contractual affairs.

You will handle valuations, payments, reporting, and change control across MV/HV projects, ensuring timely handovers and robust commercial governance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with NEC & JCT contracts.
• Cost control, cashflow and WIP reporting within construction or utilities environments desirable.
• Strong understanding of project life cycle and pricing.

Aufgaben

• Support Project Management to meet commercial targets (payments, CVR).
• Attend monthly project review meetings and handover to Design/Construction teams.
• Create regular reporting for stakeholders (CVRs, Cash Flow, Weekly Updates).
• Assist in valuations for payment applications (initial, interim, final).
• Monitor payments for sub-contractors and suppliers per subcontracts.
