Job summary

Enable Group is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities in Glasgow and sites across the UK. You will bring energy connections, renewables, or infrastructure experience and manage multi-million pound contracts with strong commercial oversight.

You will lead a team across disciplines, ensuring robust cost control, reporting, and proactive contract administration to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven Quantity Surveyor with infrastructure project exposure.
• Formal QS qualification (degree level preferred).
• Proven pricing and estimating experience.
• RICS membership preferred or active.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and administration for a portfolio of projects.
• Ensure accurate turnover, cost and cash forecasting, and risk management.
• Maintain reports and forecasts in line with IMS and contract administration.
