Ernest and Florent LTD in Leeds invites an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its established regional team. You will deliver cost consultancy services across the project lifecycle, with exposure to pre and post contract work, in a director-led environment.

Ideal candidate holds a degree in Quantity Surveying, strong consultancy experience, and MRICS or working towards chartership, with a proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to manage a workload autonomously.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
• Strong consultancy experience.
• Ideally MRICS qualified or working towards chartership.
• Strong pre and post contract experience.
• Ambitious, proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cost consultancy services throughout the project lifecycle, with exposure to both pre and post contract.
• Join an established regional team with director-led leadership and client relationships.
• Manage workload autonomously while collaborating with senior leadership.
