Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management is required.
• Strong consultancy experience with client-facing delivery.
• MRICS or working towards chartership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, estimating and cost control across projects.
• Manage procurement, tendering, cost reporting and final accounts.
• Collaborate with clients, design teams and contractors throughout the lifecycle.
