Job summary

Ernest And Florent, an established international construction consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Leeds team.

You will deliver cost consultancy across the project lifecycle with exposure to pre and post contract work, in a director-led environment that keeps senior leaders closely involved while you manage your own workload. International project exposure and strong career progression are on offer.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
• Strong consultancy experience.
• MRICS qualified or working towards chartership.
• Strong pre and post contract experience.

An established international construction consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Leeds team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an established regional team within a consultancy with a long-standing reputation.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for delivering cost consultancy services throughout the project lifecycle, with exposure to both pre and post contract.

This consultancy operates a director-led approach, with senior professionals remaining closely involved in projects and client relationships. This creates an environment where you'll have strong access to experienced leadership while still being given the autonomy to manage your own workload.
