Job summary

Solution Search Limited - Civils & Rail is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major Highways and Road over Rail Bridge scheme in Didcot on a freelance basis.

The role is site-based (5 days per week) with duties including Procurement, Subcontractor account management, payments, cost reporting and variations. NEC Option 4 experience is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: HNC in Quantity Surveying and NEC Option 4 experience.
• Experience with major highways and structures in a Main Contracting environment.
• Site-based role with responsibilities across procurement, subcontractor accounts, payments, and cost reporting.

URGENT SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR NEED-DIDCOT-HIGHWAYS

Due to the award of a major Highways and Road over Rail Bridge scheme in Didcot valued at over £60m, our client, a world renowned Main Contractor are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial Team on a freelance basis.

Based from site (this is 5 days per week) daily duties will include Procurement, Sub Contractor Account Management, Payments, Cost Reporting and Variations.

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and have working experience of NEC Option 4 along with major Highways and Structure experience gained within the Main Contracting environment.

In return, a top day rate is on offer which is Inside IR35 and comes with an immediate start and long term contract for the right individual.
