Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major civils project based in Oxford. This freelance role offers £550–£600 per day with hybrid working and an immediate start.

The candidate will manage commercial activities, cost forecasting, procurement, valuations, and NEC-based contract administration while coordinating with the wider commercial team on an Oxford-based project.

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong civils/construction background.
• NEC contract experience.
• Experience managing subcontractors and commercial packages.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
