Tower Staff Construction LTD in Market Rasen is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and profitability across multiple live sites.

You will oversee detailed cost estimates and budgets, procurement of materials and subcontractors, and contract analysis to ensure value for money. On-site visits and strict cost control will be key to successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets and tenders.
• Conducting site visits and monitoring project progress to manage costs effectively.
• Overseeing procurement of materials and subcontractor services.

• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with company policies and industry standards.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• An understanding of construction processes and techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software.
