CPC Project Services in Leeds is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Property & Construction team. You will work on projects spanning Residential, Industrial, PBSA, Leisure and Retail sectors, contributing to commercial planning, cost control and lifecycle management.
Applicants should have extensive consultancy QS experience, a BSc in Quantity Surveying, and be working towards Chartered status with CPC supporting. Knowledge of JCT contracts and claims is beneficial.
