United Living Group is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team on cladding remediation projects, ensuring accurate cost management and regulatory compliance. The role offers a clear path for developing construction cost management expertise within a safety-focused façade remediation sector.

You will assist with valuations, cost reporting, procurement, and contract administration while liaising with project teams on-site.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (Will accept working towards).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; able to interpret data accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and commercial software (COINS, Causeway).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support cost management, valuations, and financial reporting.
• Assist in procurement, subcontractor management, and record-keeping.
• Support contract administration and risk management in line with legislation.
