Job summary

United Living Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to contribute to the delivery of high-value remediation projects across the south east. You will manage commercial performance, risk, and stakeholder expectations on site with a focus on cladding and fire remediation works.

The role offers a long-term career path in a major contractor, with opportunities to develop pricing, CVR reporting, and change control while working closely with clients and subcontractors in a dynamic, collaborative team

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office and able to manage large data sets.
• Ability to travel across the south east for project sites.
• Confident in client facing interactions and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate subcontracts and manage payments and variations.
• Monitor contract obligations and site progress reporting.
• Prepare monthly valuations and change registers.
• Collaborate with clients and subcontractors on duties.
