Job summary

WINSEARCH is assisting a cladding and specialist contractor in recruiting a Quantity Surveyor. The role focuses on managing commercial duties across live cladding projects, including cost control, invoicing, and contract administration, with office base and site travel as required.

You will engage with senior leadership, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and maintain robust commercial records, applying CIS rules and JCT contract knowledge to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor in construction
• Understanding of JCT contracts
• Strong invoicing and commercial administration knowledge
• Ability to liaise with clients and site teams
• Experience managing own workload and diary
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial duties across live cladding projects
• Work with senior leadership to deliver commercial outcomes
• Handle invoice management and cost reporting
• Liaise with site teams, clients and subcontractors
• Maintain project documentation and commercial records
• Work with JCT contracts and CIS requirements
• Travel to site for project liaison as needed
