Run Resourcing Ltd. is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading regional contractor delivering civil engineering projects on the AMP8 framework. The role spans minor civils to large growth schemes, with responsibilities across pre-construction through to final account and NEC contract management.

You will manage cost reporting, cash flow, and procurement of subcontractors while supporting project teams to optimize value and mitigate risk in a busy water sector environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing NEC3/NEC4 contracts in civil engineering.
• Proven ability to manage costs from pre-construction to final account.
• Experience on projects ranging from £2m to £20m.

Responsabilités

• Ownership of NEC3 and NEC4 Option C contracts day to day.
• Managing compensation events, change control and contract compliance.
• Producing cost reports, forecasts, cash flow and financial reviews.
• Procuring and managing subcontractors commercially.
• Highlighting and managing commercial risk and opportunity with the project teams.
• Working with operations, design and client teams to deliver projects.
